Shipping, Returns and Damaged Shipment Policy

Once you place your order, we are unable to cancel your order. Returns are not accepted. We offer 3 day returns on damaged product. If unfortunately your glass is broken, scratched or damaged upon arrival send us pictures of the product, packing slip and packaging within 3 days of delivery and we will issue a refund or a replacement. Shipping will be charged on returned items.

Orders placed before 2PM CST M-F will ship same day. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most products will receive free domestic USPS First Class shipping or USPS Priority Mail shipping depending on the weight. Order two or more of any items and receive free domestic USPS Priority Mail shipping. You can upgrade and pay for Next Day USPS Priority Mail Express shipping which will be an option at Checkout. International shipping cost is as calculated.
