These sparkling handcrafted lead-free crystal wine or champagne flutes are exquisite and beautiful in every way.   As each glass is hand made, each one is special and may not look identical to the others ones.  Slight variances may exist.  Hand-wash only.

NOTE: The text description of each product will be correct and the photos may not show the correct etching on the glass, but rest assured, you will receive the glass with the etching that shows in the description text.  We also can do a custom laser etched glass with whatever you decide for an additional $20.  Chose the $79.99 option with custom etching and in the notes at checkout put what you would like to have etched.

Return and Damaged Shipment Policy:

We offer 3 day returns on damaged product. If unfortunately your glass is broken, scratched or damaged upon arrival send us pictures of the product, packing slip and packaging within 3 days of delivery and we will issue a refund or a replacement. Shipping will be charged on returned items.

Cleaning procedures recommended when cleaning your glassware:

Since the object is very delicate, Clean them as follows:

1. Gently wash the outside of the glass.
2. Gently wash the inside rim of the glass.
3. Rinse out the inside of the glass with hot water a few times.
4. Put a drop of dish soap in the glass and fill with warm/hot water.
5. Let sit for a few hours or overnight and rinse out the inside.
6. Let air dry or dry the outside as normal and let the inside air dry.

I would refrain from sticking your fingers in the glass and breaking the object off.

Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
